Operational Manager - Stone & Pome Fruit

With the growth of a successful fruit export business, the position of Operations Manager has become available in Ceres, with the responsibility of managing the packaging activities at the plant, encompassing:

• Cost-effective packaging of fruit

• Optimizing productivity of the factory

• Monitoring and maintaining packaging quality and total crate income

• Risk Management

Skills and experience required:

• 5 Years packhouse management experience

• Fruit production experience - (Stone and Pome Fruit)

• 5 Years operational/logistics management experience

The ideal candidate will be able to lead a large team of supervisors, with an indirect reporting line of over 1000 personnel.

R 30 000,00 CTC per month
