Head of Workshop/ Chief Mechanic - Mozambique Farm

Our client, an agricultural group in Mozambique is looking for a Head of Workshop / Chief Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge (specifically: New Holland and Deutz for tractors and harvesters) and solid electric experience. Farming experience is definitely beneficial, as is experience of living in remote areas such as rural Mozambique. Although this is a permanent vacancy, the initial contract for 3 months will serve as a probation period; thereafter a permanent offer will be made.

Experience required:

• 5 Years' experience with Tractors, Combine Harvesters, and Planters

• Qualified Diesel mechanic

• Experience managing a farm

• Workshop Management experience

• Servicing New Holland and Deutz tractors and harvesters

• Be organised and innovative

• Stock management

• Order management

• Staff management

Flights to Mozambique will be paid for. Accommodation and food will be provided once joining the company in Mozambique. Salary:

2 500 USD per month x 3
