Labour Relations Specialist

Leading production conglomerate in Cape Town is currently recruiting for an HR Labour Relations Officer who will maintain an efficient Employee Relations climate.

Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Relations

Experience and skills required:

• 5 years Labour Relations experience in a highly unionised environment

• Facilitation, Conflict Management and Negotiation skills

• Assertiveness, with high stress tolerance

• Chairing disciplinary hearings

• Thorough understanding of Dispute Resolution processes

• (CCMA, Labour Court rules and Alternative Dispute Resolution)

• Facilitation of worker motivation sessions

• Proficiency in Xhosa will be advantageous

R 35,000.00 CTC per month
