Qualification:

Newly Qualified CA

Key responsibilities:

Reconciliation of inventory and inventory related accounts

Follow up on inventory discrepancies with Retail and Supply Chain departments

Manage and reporting of RFC (Request for Credit) collections

Performing other General Ledger account reconciliations

Processing of journals

Processing monthly accruals

Manage monthly Balance Sheet review process

Assistance with departmental budgets and budget review packs

Expense and cost centre allocation

Assistance and preparation of monthly management accounts and departmental Income Statements

Tracking of expenditure against budget

Preparation of monthly shareholder’s reporting packs

Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns

Approval of monthly and weekly payment batches

Facilitate and attendance of annual stock takes

Facilitate the Interim and Annual Audit process

Any other financial requirements from the Finance Manager/CFO
