A Poultry farm in Bloemfontein needs an experienced Operations Manager with experience in ISO 22000 and HACCP to oversee the hygiene and sanitation activities undertaken by the contract cleaning staff.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the contract cleaners at the poultry farm in Botshabelo.

Responsibilities will include:

• Internal Audits

• Daily hygiene and sanitation documentation checks.

• Supervision and training of staff, daily sanitation and deep clean.

• Implementing and maintaining of all food safety aspects ISO 22000.

• Management of staff.

• Employee time sheets and payslips.

• Documentation and data capturing.

• Ad-hoc Site Tasks allocated by Area Manager.

• Staff wage queries.

• Disciplinary hearings and procedures

• Inspections of workplace.

• Health and safety.

• Site first aider.

• Ordering of stock.

• Stock taking.

• Employee training.

• NCR's.

• Root cause analysis.

• Customer correspondence.

• Problem solving.

• Chemical dilution and handling.

• Completion of shift rosters.

• Flowcharts.

Skills and experience required:

• 3 Years experience in a managerial position

• Operations Management experience

• ISO 22 000 and HACCP experience is essential

• Managing contract workers

• Experience working with the FMCG sector

• Previous working experience in the hygiene, sanitation industry

• Willingness and being used to working night shift
